About us

Our company, which has completed its production preparations with a capacity of 50,000 tons/year in our Aluminium Recycling facility, which we started to invest in in 2020, imports quality Aluminium scrap from various countries and produces ingots. Our company, which has a total closed area capacity of 12,000 square meters, adds value to the environment and society and provides recycling with a structure consisting of waste products.

In our sector, we attach importance to the research and development activities we carry out in the field of aluminium recycling with our R&D centre.

Low Carbon / Water Footprint

We aim to minimize the total amount of carbon gas released into the atmosphere during the production of the energy required for each activity we carry out and not only the water we use as a producer or consumer, but also the water we consume indirectly.

Integrated Quality Management System

From the first day of product supply, we have been working with a model that adds value to the society, the environment and stakeholders by taking the opinions of all our stakeholders and employees with end-to-end managerial activities on ISO Standards, Lean Production, Tqm and 6 sigma.

Lean Production Processes

We manage end-to-end lean production processes with zero errors, andon boards and 25 techniques that do not carry any unnecessary elements in their structure.  

Traceability

Starting from raw material input quality control, all our processes are monitored by measuring production quality control, warehouse and shipment quality control and customer satisfaction processes.

Our Goals

Starting in 2022, Albio Metal A.Ş., which exhibits an institutional structure that will set an example for the Aluminium Sector with its Integrated Quality Management System by increasing its total annual production to 50,000 tons with the investments to be made in 5 years, continues to work in the field of innovation and product development in the R&D unit with its monthly capacity of 2.400 tons and the slogan “We Add Value to the Future in Secondary Aluminium Ingots Production”.
